Best of the U.S. Amateur Triathlete Championship is honored to close out state qualifying for the 2013 Championship at the 30th Annual Great Clermont Triathlon.

The March 24 race is the last of 50 state qualifying events, sending its top three resident amateur male and female finishers to the Championship Race on June 2, to represent the Sunshine State.

"Great Clermont has been a great partner with Best of the U.S. over the years, and we congratulate Sommersports on the occasion of the event's 30th anniversary. The race has sent some truly top talent to the Championship over the years. Lotte Branigan, John Reback, Angela Hygema, Eddie Branigan, Colin Riley…Florida has been a huge presence and we are excited to see who will be representing the state again this year," said Best of the U.S. Director Trudy Marshall.
